Air Conditioning Problem

Service manual only talks about the "AC Relay" as far as a check between the wiring. Is that what is being discussed. Zero mention of a Blower relay ect in

Is that what is being discussed. Zero mention of a Blower relay ect in the manual. Just says AC relay under the hood with the rest of the relays
