Have you had high oil consumption or a rough idle? I think step one would be the PCV valve. They can be noisy and whistle but I've never heard one

Have you had high oil consumption or a rough idle?
I think step one would be the PCV valve. They can be noisy and whistle but I've never heard one that loud though lol. But who knows. If the sound went away when you removed it, I'd spend the 15 bucks or whatever to replace it to see. It's normal for the idle to drop some when you remove/plug it. Or you know, burn it with fire so it doesn't kill us all. |
