Physically the engines are the same and are a direct replacement. The ecu is different from the automatic to the manual transmission 370Z’s. The ecu would need to be swapped

Physically the engines are the same and are a direct replacement. The ecu is different from the automatic to the manual transmission 370Z’s. The ecu would need to be swapped out and rewired which is quite a bit of work. Swapping engines will give you a chance to swap out your headers,exhaust etc.
