that is the exact same kit i posted up, and onequickz take note i know you have a few extra little parts in your setup but who would pay a grand for a kit when you can buy a boxed version through any local resaler for only 850? that is why you have been campin on that thing since i joined this board.

I couldnt make up my mind what i wanted...was still abit nervous about using nitrous. Kit only cost me $735 taxes in at the local shop.

Just make sure you are monitoring your ratios. I would not rely on the tune alone.

Dont worry got that coverd. Not meaning to sound like a ******* so please dont take offence. But if you check out the exterior/interior section i been talking to kyle from stillin about trying to get them to make us up some gauge pillars. I'll have a wideband, bottle presure gauge and havent figured out what my 3rd gauge will be...probably fuel presure or oil presure.

That is 750 for the basic kit not all of the extra stuff I have sorry 1slow370 but that is what its worth, I have come down a little on the price and dont mind taking a little loss on it. But the price is right, if you want to do N2O right an safe everything will cost about 1k in parts and then install and tune ontop of that.

Not a fan of that install on the G37, not enough stealth for me. Should have mounted the nozzles under the CAI, also hope those steel braided lines don't rub into the hood.

Snakes709 12-23-2009 01:18 PM

Its still cheaper then a TT kit..lol. Unless i get a few tours to afghanistan before we pull out, then i have no chance in getting a TT kit, so nitrous will have to do me.

As for the stealth part. My gf convinced me to set the car up for more of a show car so im not making my kit to stealthy.

mount it sideways near the chassis bar, looks better that way.

Snakes709 12-24-2009 03:20 PM

I already got it mounted the other way...really starting to regret it cuz there is no room in my trunk now. I guess i can mount it the other way but ill have 5 holes in the carpet..lol.

post some pics

Snakes709 12-26-2009 08:57 PM

Pictures are already posted on the 2nd page...no further updates until i get the parts to run the 2nd line to the intake. But this is how the bottle is staying...

Issue im having now is to find a spot for the NNU. On the Zex site, they show a video of a dual tb set up. They mount the NMU behind the engine on the fire wall. However the 370z has the big *** strut bar and a hose back there. So i need to come up with a idea.

I mounted mine in the compartment next to the power steering in my 350. The compartment opposite of the battery compartment. Then I mounted my purge out the side markers. Just to give you some ideas. I put my bottle side ways like your first pic. good lck

Do you got a picture of how you ran both the NMU and the purge?

FuszNissan 12-27-2009 07:30 PM

I will dig through my HD and see if I can find any.

FuszNissan 12-28-2009 12:11 PM

Snake,
I couldn't find any of my old photos, but you can always check out stealth nitrous installs at my three fiddy . com

They should have plenty of install pics that will help you out.

I know I had to get some longer steel braided lines to get my setup the way I wanted it.

Thanks. I'll check it out when i get home, im about to run out and take a look at the Racer Tuners Kit that comes with a bottle heater, purge kit, blow down kit and a presure gauge.

Thats one thing i need to figure out is what size lines ill need. Of course ill get those when i figure out where im putting this damn box. When i do that i have to call Zex up and see if they have any of the Blackout edition to match the main kit.

Just a little update. Went to the store and picked up a few more goodies. Racer Tuners Kit + Window Switch. Now i just need the fittings/hoses to run the 2nd line and im all set.

Looking good, you may have to run +1 degree colder plugs too.
