MAF sensor part number 7s000 vs 7s00a?

are these two MAF sensors the same for 2011 370z 22680-7s00a 22680-7s000 thanks.

IIRC, the last character(s) are revision numbers, so the first on your list would be a newer version of the second. If nobody verifies that, check the FSM and/or Courtesy Parts - I think I remember seeing a p/n breakdown at both.

I found the part # from the MAF on the car. They were 22680-7S000
I found a lot of them on ebay, however the price ranges from $20 - $180. They all claim to be OEM. They all work I guess.
