I believe its a direct swap. The only differences may be a different input yoke from a automatic and manual transmission option. Plus the different gear ratios between the G35,

I believe its a direct swap. The only differences may be a different input yoke from a automatic and manual transmission option. Plus the different gear ratios between the G35, 370Z; auto or manual; Nismo or non-Nismo
For the most part, its a direct swap, depending on the years. A good parts person, will be able to compare the differences
