Woof, we derailed this thread. Well in this neighborhood, the average is at least that. It's become like Little Russia...huge influx of Orthodox Hasidim, you know, the guys who wear black hats and have lots of curls...and they have the $$$$$$$$$$$$$. AND, they have to walk to the temples on Saturday, they can't drive, and this house is like 2 blocks away from their temple
