I've taken it to the nissan dealer twice and they couldn't replicate the problem and now i don't know what to do. I'ts not fun to drive at all like this.

People have suggested I reset the ECU which I have done and it hasn't really helped.

I'd appreciate it if anyone can give me their insights on this.
First question is have you driven another 370z 7at to compare and actually verify yours has an issue?

Excellent idea.

If you are sure the transmission is at fault, take it to another dealer.

I'd also have the fluid level and condition checked. Probably time to have it changed.
