When is it a good idea to do a tune up on our cars?

I have 51000 miles on my 370z... she runs PERFECT but was just sitting here thinking about spark plugs and doing tune up stuff... not sure if there is a

I have 51000 miles on my 370z... she runs PERFECT but was just sitting here thinking about spark plugs and doing tune up stuff... not sure if there is a fuel filter on this car, I cant seem to find a part number for one. When is it a good idea to go ahead and install plugs on these motors ?
