Default Clutch Ratings?

So it looks like changing my CSC is in my near future, so I want to get everything done while i'm already in the transmission. I currently have the RJM Clutch Assembly, but am planning on changing the master cylinder, csc, clutch line, clutch and flywheel. As of now i'm NA with almost full bolt ons (not tuned yet) but would like to go FI in the future (Stillen SC, maybe BP Turbo). I've been looking at the South Bend Stage 2 Daily Clutch which says its good to 380 ft-lb of torque but nothing about HP. Would something like this work with the Stillen SC? It seems most people only get around 330-340 ft-lb of torque. Does HP matter when it comes to what a clutch can hold?
