Yes it is a noticeable difference. you will not lose real world top end. Here is a link with video 7AT 3.692 Gear Review

You're going to gain top end being the car will rev higher in final gear . There is no way the car can reach it's final drive Top speed which calculates to > 200MPH. You gain speed because the car will rev closer to redline in top gear allowing the car to travel faster.
