09 370 sport pkg had #6 cylinder misfire code & fuel is burning up crazy do I need to look at my coil packs ?

At least pull the plug and see what it looks like.

Next thing - the wires to the spark plug.

And unless you recently put in new plugs, by the time you pull the one from the misfiring cylinder to check it you might as well swap in a new set.

Yup. Plugs are kind of a PITA to get to in our cars. And I don't trust that 100k stuff either; they're not a great place to cheap out on maintenance.
