Pretty sure I've pin pointed the issue. Scoured the Internet to find someone with the same scenario as me. Found one. His ended up being the axle not being completely

Pretty sure I've pin pointed the issue. Scoured the Internet to find someone with the same scenario as me. Found one. His ended up being the axle not being completely connected to the differential. I checked mine...nail on the head. Now my issue is figuring out why it won't stay locked in place. I have an aftermarket quaife differential....and the components going into it are OEM.... Could that be it?
