Basicaly the travel isnt enoughf to clutch, isnt thats ur problem? PS u gotta to test be4 u race. Now it seems ur syncronos r done, try putting radline oil in ur tranny did me hella good with shifting. It could be just cheapo oil in it, this transmission hates bad viscosity.
