How long have u had the car? Is this the first time you've encountered this problem.....I would take Trips advice and just go to a another shop....If he's really hating and causing u the inconvenience why give them ur money for the Inspection....Take ur business else where....where someone knows what they're talking about.....

Thanks everyone and the manuals will definitely come in handy for the future; thanks Trips.
I'll probably end up going to another shop just to make sure it gets done right. Still a part of me that feels like there's unfinished business with the first shop but I guess I'll just have to let it go... or at the least write a yelp review
