I suppose you could reuse the clutch fluid if you really had to but I wouldn't recommend it.
More than likely the trans fluid is fine, but, since you're doing all this work, I'd go ahead and replace it. Once a part is broken in, you can't change the oil too often. The clutch and trans fluid are very different. Clutch (and brakes) = hydraulic; trans (and engine) = lubricating.
