Yes just one tap on the current spacer. Mine is -6AN for the turbo return from the pump. I want Phunk to add the tap for my oil temp probe cuz my current setup, although functional, is something I ghetto-rigged together at Home Deopt.

Most likely I will drill and tap any of them getting that procedure the same, as that makes the most sense for the CNC program and eliminates possibilities of screw ups or destroyed parts trying to make one-off programs. As unlikely as it is, it's still a risk. What makes the most sense is to tap them the same, and just use different adapter fittings to whatever size someone needs.

It will require a custom oil return line setup since the drains will be configured different than a Greddy pan... So if you have them drop your pan out of the kit, be prepared to build custom oil returns before you can finish the install.

Exactly what sensor are you wanting to add to the pan anyway? Currently in the pans design there is only places to add 2 ports. So it could have 2 oil drains, or 1 oil drain and one sensor. A couple guys asked for oil drains and sensors and i took note of that, but in the current design it's not actually an available option. I have to try and determine what sensors people are wanting to add and then I can see about making a possible 3rd port location.

I want to add a port for my GReddy Multi Gauge Temperature Sender (1/8"PT - link below - could live with NPT by just adding a couple extra Teflon wraps on the probe if it's more helpful for everyone else). If it's not on the driver side of the pan I'll have to extend it. Not impossible but not something I'm fond of considering the gauge is discontinued and I cannot get a replacement if something happens to it.

I could live with the oil ports on the front since as you mentioned you could just install a different AN fitting (one for -6AN) and it wouldn't be that difficult for me to shorten that hose. The only question I would have is would having oil pumped from my Exa pump cause turbulence inside the baffles causing issues in the oil pickup?

I am not sure I can swing the pan cost itself at the moment but I'd throw $35 away for a shoy a winning one if you a raffle. I will own one eventually anyway, just a matter of timing for me.

Check the photos in post #126 in this thread. Notice the slots in the shield under the crank. One edge of the slots is bent up toward the crank. These edges are meant to strip oil spinning with the crank and pull it down to the pan area.

The existing thick regions for ports are on the left and right sides. So one side could be the normal -10 port with a 10/6 reducer for your oil pump. The other side I would have to look at either tapping it 1/8 for you, or I could do the same -10 there and take a -10 plug and tap it 1/8, possibly offset towards an edge so it sits lower when torqued.

As for your question about turbulence, there is only one way to find out really... but if it were my car I wouldnt worry about it.

It hasnt been measured yet (we dont have a stock pan to measure). Its speculated to be 3/4 - 1 quart increase.

hmm that would be nice, don't need a spacer then. wish i had the money now, but definitely in the future. thanks phunk!
