I see you had the Cats replaced and kept the stock headers. When my shop did this, they used an impact tool with extensions to take the cats off. The impact tool toasted my O2 sensors and I wound up having to replace both of them. The denso replacements are $100/unit.
If your shop used an impact tool to get the stock cats off, without taking the O2 sensors out, this could be the issue. In my case, they also rounded out a bolt, so I never got my RTPs on. I wound up going LTH and replaced the O2 sensors when I had them installed. GL! Edit: Just looked at the build thread..... looks like they didn't use impact so........
