Default New Owner - Service Engine Light

Hello guys, I got a 2011 370z touring + sport pkg with 64k miles. This morning the service engine light came up and I took the advices here and went to autozone and got them to read the code for me - it was a p0300 misfire no specific cylinder.

So I drove maybe 6 miles to sams, had lunch and turned the car back on again and the light is now gone...

Should I be concerned?

No reason to be worried unless the light comes back.
