We haven't had any issues with install on a TT kit.

Still having trouble deciding between the 25 and 34 row core. I live in Washington State. Typical outside temps can range from 35-90 degrees. I don't track the car but do lots of canyon driving.
Can someone advise what what would be better or the oil temp difference between the two core when they're installed?
Thanks for the help.

There are other factors to look into. Two of them include:
- Average humidity during the hotter months.
- How high you run the RPMs and how long to you hold them High

Given the fact that you do not plan on tracking the car, I would probably recommend the 25 row given what you have stated. This will also help out if you are on a budget (who isn't?!). It will be more than capable in keeping your temps in check in most situations and will fulfill what you need it to do.

Keep in mind, you cannot make an oil cooler BIGGER if you find out later you need it. However, you can always make a cooler "smaller" by covering up a few rows on the core. This will prevent air from passing across the core, essentially making it a 25 row core...or even a 19 row if you wanted.

I see that earlier Z1 had posted that the AEM Intakes do not interfere with the Z1 Oil Cooler kit... how about the relocated washer fluid reservoir? I'm thinking of buying this kit and my AEM Cold Air Intakes will be here on Wednesday. I think you guys might just have another sale on your hands if everything works out allrighty.

The AEM CAI and the NISMO R-Tune intakes are very similar in configuration. From what I have heard/seen from our customer's who have installed the Z1 Oil Cooler kits onto cars with either of these two intakes, the only change required is a slight line rerouting. This is needed to go around the washer bottle and prevent the lines from rubbing against the filters themselves.
