After contemplating I decided to do mine as well.
I think the rear will look nice once I get a rear fog.

That is a great idea, but I was thinking about using 3M DI-NOC Carbon Fiber Vinyl from Carbon Fiber Gear.

I have a rather large roll that I haven't used yet. :D

I've been working on this for about 3 hours. Fixing to throw on the clear.

Black out fangs question

Hey forum,

I have successfully used plastidip on my wheels and door handles. After spending a couple hours taping off my fangs for prep and plastidipping them, I screwed up on pulling the tape in that bitching corner area where the corner of the fang meets the bumper! Anyway, had to pull all the plastidip pff and will give it another go today.

Does anyone have any technique on how not to screw this up? Any input will be gladly appreciated...

Put some release agent* on the tape.

* Polyvinyl alcohol usually works well and is easy to find (hard contact lens wetting solution).
