Diy- $5.00 round shift knob collar

OK Simple way to get rid of that ugly gap once you replace the shift knob with a round one.. i went and found this item, power shower head and took the top piece off. Even my locking screw fit perfectly inside the top part and there wasnt a need for zip ties either to hold it.. just remember to keep the black plastic piece from factory knob under the boot cover...here is the pic.. im going to shot it black but you could even rap in cf...

add-- there is a mm gap between the round knob and collar and going to find a rubber gasket a bit bigger than the locking nut to fill the gap

ummmm... hummm... check with edub cause i think the knob manufacturer that did his actually sells the separate collars for round knobs.

Does that collar from Zeetoys come in black by any chance? I'm trying to make my interior completely black/red.
