If you're tracking and need power all over the place.. why don't you just turn off the A/C the odd time? Or are you racing for pinks every time you pull out of your driveway? :icon17:

If you're so race focused.. why do you want the lowly human comforts of A/C period? Just yank that crap out and be gone with it! Will get you some weight reduction as well.

This guy is hardcore.. he drives his 10 second car not in a straight line.. but to push it, and make it through places no one else would take it. He's a real driver! :driving:

If you feather the gas pedal in a corner, and even if you do go full throttle, it takes time for it to disengage. You guys that don't think it matters are just not race minded and aren't real drivers.

Sounds like you made a mistake by buying a car with a/c? After all, real race cars don't have a/c..

Please for the love of god pay for a day on a dyno and see what very little hp you loose from your ac and report back. Since you know all in this world and the next about racing and cars in general. If you know so much why would you be asking anyone anything since they are all inferior beings? Do tell us, we all need you to guide us in your ways O'Lord internet racing. Have you ever even been to the track or done any HPDE events??

I asked how to disable auto a/c, not whether it bothered you guys or not.

People told you what they thought would work for the a/c. You felt all those answers were wrong or didn't work, nothing wrong with that. Then you said things like "NOT RACE MINED AND AREN'T REAL DRIVERS." You started the BS so don't cry when people belittle you for it. :tiphat:

If you're all about racing, turn the thing off when you race. Sacrifice some comfort. Then when not racing, turn on AC and bask in comfort. Really don't see the issue. Unless you really need all 330 hp to make it to McDonalds and back, all the time.

Please explain to me what a "real" driver is? Is it NOT a real person who drives a real car? Or have you set the bar that we all have to meet to be a real driver like you? If only I had paid more attention in school when they taught us about quarter mile/ac/fresh air/hp loss theories...
