Default Rearview Camera (Idea)

Alright I do not have a Z yet (sorry) but I am going to get one in the next few months so I have been going on here to get ideas and well just look at others cool Z's.

But my question here is the dummy fog light on the back of the 370 would you be able to fit a rear view camera in there and if you could would it work? I think that would be better spot then drilling a hole in your car and it would be completely hidden

You don't need to drill, you can 1) buy a camera that goes into the license plate bulb, or 2) install one in the stock location, research more on the DIY area, its all there.

Yes, you can put a camera there. Search around on the forum. I know of at least one guy that has done it. I can't remember his screen name at the moment though. I'll post if I can find it.

Edit: Found it. Here's a link to his album.

Well, duh me. He didn't put in in the fog light, he put it in the plug right above the fog light. You probably wouldn't want to mount a camera as low as the fog. You wouldn't get a real good view of things.
