If you're using waxed, try unwaxed, And vice versa. May not make any difference, but floss is cheap.

make sure to get the right hair dryer and soften the back of the emblem up then you can get the pliers or screwdriver behind it.GL

Yeah that's what I ended up doing. Heated it up and it popped right off with the help of a panel remover

Hey guys, I had a new front bumper painted and put on at the beginning of Feb this year. How long would you wait before attempting to heat up the emblem to remove it? I don't think the paint is fully cured yet.

Try the fingernail test. Pick an inconspicuous spot of old paint on the rear bumper cover and poke it with your fingernail. Do the same with the new paint on the front cover. If they feel the same, you should be good to go. If the new paint feels substantially softer, I'd wait another month and try again. YMMV, use at your own risk, &c, &c, &c.

go with the EvoR ones man . . . i put those on mine, and the carbon fiber backing covers up the hole in the bumper . . . they look really sharp on my blacked out Z too . . . just my .02
