I'm afraid to. Word on the street is that it might turn my Z into a pink Hyundai Genesis! :ugh:

It will change back apparently it's he same process just backwards to go back to the original factory setting. Chubbs' connection is working on getting some more cool super secret settings....

It will definitely change back - Frost has already done it. You just repeat the procedure, remembering that TIMING IS CRITICAL.

But you never know, you may like it - Musashi does, and I don't think many people question HIS taste & judgement - the guy drives a lambo ffs and used to own an Aston.

Remember - TIMING IS CRITICAL.

I'm starting a rumour that if you do this on the forthcoming UK model it will play "God Save the Queen" instead. :icon17:

Actually I just programmed in my bluetooth ring tone for the car; it's "Anarchy in the USA" by the Sex Pistols.

:werd: Wasn't for me, but apparently some people dig it.

Musashi 04-01-2009 07:42 PM

I can't get enough of it! It's a real crowd pleaser.

ssqpolo 04-01-2009 08:49 PM

Musashi 04-01-2009 09:20 PM

Sorry ssqpolo, Chubbs forgot to mention engine off, but you press the starter (clutch out, break out) to turn it on. Make sure the stereo is on, Then you can unlock the setting. I'm going to record an audio clip tomorrow if I get time.

ssqpolo 04-01-2009 09:22 PM

ok. i will try one more time. so it says on, but its not really on right. i dont have to have the nav do i?

Musashi 04-01-2009 09:47 PM

no you don't need nav. I mean accessory mode on.

Is this for real? I assumed for the first two pages that the nature of this prank is that the "two tone horn" happens about the 5th or 6th time you retry this stupid procedure honking your horn for no good reason, and someone starts honking back at you to shut up.

But here we are on page 3, and I'm growing more tempted to try it...
