what to reset after battery disconnect?

I don't know if this is the correct section for this. I disconnect the battery to install my Injen intake today. I just need to know what are some stuff

I disconnect the battery to install my Injen intake today. I just need to know what are some stuff I need to reset? I did the radio, clock, windows (moves when opening/closing door), door lock (door lock when it reach a certain speed). anything else??? thanks for any help
