damn nice work. work on all colors?

Z33knight 04-10-2010 01:58 PM

They offer Red, Blue, Black, and Gold. Also called color magic. Some colors are harder to find than others online. As you can see, this one works flawlessly with the MB.

I used the black in the past for the Interlagos Fire 350Z I had prior to the 370.

Awesome stuff.

What is on the right hand side of the bottle, looks like it's held in place with clear tape?

Xan 04-10-2010 02:28 PM

Were all of those spots actual paint chips or just dirt?

whiddles 04-10-2010 02:46 PM

that is a crayon for the paint chip and the you polish it up i believe

Z33knight 04-10-2010 03:25 PM

The before pics are 5 minutes after a thorough wash and dry. No dirt and freshly clean.

It's a blue wax crayon. I never use it. No need. It's for "larger" chips. What the regular wax wouldn't cover would be in need of chip repair, not a crayon.

That's where I ordered it from and where I found the best price. Grabbed two. Got to me in a few days. Had no luck locally outside of the red and the black. Blue does seem to be hard to find. Hence why I got two.

2theextreme 04-12-2010 09:16 PM

Nice! Got me two of the blue as well.

kgreen 04-12-2010 10:08 PM

Did it ship directly from them in Illinois, or did it drop ship from someone else? It's been 6 business days and haven't gotten it yet; and I'm only two states away. I would've figured two days max.

j.arnaldo 04-22-2010 01:59 PM

WHAT??!! No white stuff for my Pearl White monZter??!!

jikhead 04-22-2010 03:48 PM

Gave them a call and they shipped it to NJ and not AR. Doh!

fairladyZ34 04-22-2010 11:51 PM

whiddles 04-23-2010 07:04 AM

k20z3 04-23-2010 07:08 AM

2theextreme 04-23-2010 08:17 AM

Weather permitting.....I'm trying it out this weekend on my Monterey Blue. :excited:

Z33knight 04-23-2010 08:59 AM

...YOU come and get me outta here, batman!

Superman--HA!!!

jikhead 04-30-2010 01:38 PM

I've got a major chip on the hood that I'll document with this wax. I'll have to use the wax pencil stick thingy. I may not get to do it this weekend, it's suppose to thunderstorm all weekend.

Z33knight 05-01-2010 09:57 PM

Washed the car for the 4th time today after applying this a cpl weeks ago. Still holding up. I think the next time I wash I'll go ahead and wax again.

I am thoroughly impressed and happy with this product so far.

I used the chip stick today which doesn't really work too well with the monterey blue tone. The blue wax color is too dark to really be effective for large chips. I think what I'll do leave the chip filled in with the wax, then cover it with the Nissan touch-up paint, then cover it all with a coat of this wax.

Here it is in white:
