Total time was about 8 hours, including stopping to take pictures. You could probably do the Cats in 3 hours even if you have not done any work before. Really not many tools are needed... Hit the nuts with PB Blast the night before and you can get it done.. I was able to do it pretty easily with a jack, jack stands, a ratchet and extensions, a box end wrench, and a adjustable wrench(for the oxygen sensor).
