Oil Temp Sensor Replacement

Hey guys my car has been going into low power/ limp mode lately. Just completely bogs down at 3k rpm no matter what gear I’m in. I believe the problem to be the oil temp sensor as I have already tried resetting my ecu through multiple methods. Just wondering where exactly to find it and how to correctly replace it. I know it’s by the oil pan but I have read to be very careful when replacing it so I just wanted a step by step approach so I don’t mess my Z as it’s my only car.

It's in front of the motor. By the oil filter. It points forward. I don't have a picture of the location.

Oil pressure switch is on the Oil filter/cooler housing. (L/H hole in image)

Oil Temp is on the case. (R/H hole)
