Nismo Jacking or Ramps

Has anyone determined a way to raise the 370Z Nismo to do a DIY oil change? The spoiler lip sits only 4" off the ground and I have not found

The spoiler lip sits only 4" off the ground and I have not found a ramp tat could work without dragging across it.
