Damn you all... ;)

I know exactly what you mean. My back won't allow me to crawl under the car--or get back out--but I have been thoroughly enjoying this thread vicariously. I don't know whether to be annoyed or grateful that these weren't around much earlier.

Got mine up and running tonight. Took multiple bleed attempts but now it's smooth!

Protip: check the pressure on the air cylinders every 3 or 4 lift cycles.

Good note. What are you using to pressurize yours? I have a small pump, but it's not awesome.

I have a HF 21 gallon air compressor in my garage. It's so loud I have to put on HF earmuffs when I run it, but it does the job and it's cheap. The $$$ I saved went towards hookers and blow.. both of which I did on the QuickJack :nutswinger:

I'll have to see if I can find an attachment for mine, I hadn't even thought of using the compressor.

Used the QJ yesterday to rotate tires on wife's car, it went great! Love this thing.

You can find a digital tire pressure gauge on Amazon for relatively cheap.

Walked out of the grocery store and found this fella and his passenger-side partner chilling on my pinch welds lol. Always check that all your blocks are off the car!!https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...c2aef6c7c9.jpg

I learned that lesson when my brother's friend drove off with one of mine still on his car...

I've lost several hockey pucks that way. $1 apiece used so not a big deal. Those pinch blocks aren't quite as cheap though...

Personally, I grabbed 4 of the rubber hockey pucks and used them on the QJ. Worked just fine, and definitely a lot cheaper...

Anybody found a nifty storage solution?

Here's what I ended up doing … I wanted them "mobile" & stored off the garage floor, so this works for me.

I've seen some folks use a chain against the wall to stand them up and store them vertically. I need to find a better solution than just keeping them in between my cars.
