None that I know of. I have had clear bra installed on over 6 of my cars and each time it included their head lights. I have to say that, in the beginning, my C6Z06 had dark smoked headlight protection film (Lamin-X) for nearly 3 years when I noticed very minor surface crazing/checking. Now, their headlights are famous for doing this anyway, whether the film has slowed down or accelerated the process, I have no clue.

I removed the film, had the headlights checked and replaced, and clear film (the same 3M film used for clear bra) installed over them. To this day, I have not found the crazing/checking on the new lenses.

If I could take a stab at it, I doubt clear bra film would damage a headlight lense, especially for those cars with HID or LED headlights since there is no appreciable heat generated by headlight operation. Even with an incandescent halogen bulb, the heat is minimal especially while the vehicle is in motion. A typical clear bra film is also coated with an anti-UV, so the film will also protect from UV light degradation.
