Opening up Headlights and Halos

I need this done myself. I'm rather frustrated every time I wipe my headlights down, there is an oily residue on the inside of the lamp assembly. It is like

I need this done myself. I'm rather frustrated every time I wipe my headlights down, there is an oily residue on the inside of the lamp assembly. It is like the factory did a really really sloppy job gluing the thing. As much as it bugs me, cracking the headlight trying to fix it myself would bug me even more
