goo on car

It looked like bumpy dime size bird crap so I picked it off. The residue will not come off. It acts like tree sap. Polish didn't work and bug remover

Default goo on car

It looked like bumpy dime size bird crap so I picked it off. The residue will not come off. It acts like tree sap. Polish didn't work and bug remover got most of it but you can still see it in the paint and feel it. Need advise, What next?

First clay bar

Then if that doesn't get it out you will need to get this combination that I use and that should easily do the trick:

Porter Cable oribtal polisher, cutting pad, cutting compound...
