Wipe it on with a rag, apply elbow grease, wipe off. Works like a charm.

I also use Blue Magic. I think it's a great polish.

Application is pretty straightforward.

- Shake the closed container so some of the polish gets on the lid
- Open the container, use the lid as a little palette
- Use a rag you don't mind throwing away- dab some product onto the rag (it doesn't take much) and buff it on. You don't need to use a lot of elbow grease, but it does take a while to buff on and off
- Get high from the fumes
- Once the surface is clean, I spray it down with glass cleaner (water/vinegar/ammonia mixture) to remove any leftover product.

Will this stuff work with the stock muffler?

yah, any metal polish will work pretty much. i use to use wenol before griot's metal polish.

kenchan 03-03-2014 03:57 PM

i like the inside of my exhaust black, so i only polish the outer tips and sometimes the can.
