Scratches on Plastic Interior

Hi.... Is there a remedy for removing (of covering-up) scratches on the interior plastic pieces? Some of the scratches are the type that show 'white scratches'...I would describe them as

Is there a remedy for removing (of covering-up) scratches on the interior plastic pieces? Some of the scratches are the type that show 'white scratches'...I would describe them as scratches that look like they came from a friggen cat. Thanks for any advice!! Kevin
