Lamb's wool or microfiber?

I have a Craftsmen orbital buffer that can use both real lamb's wool or microfiber bonnets. Not knowing what quality the mf was I bought the lamb's wool. For buffing

I have a Craftsmen orbital buffer that can use both real lamb's wool or microfiber bonnets. Not knowing what quality the mf was I bought the lamb's wool. For buffing synthetic wax/sealant off is this ok?
