Mr.Clean Magic Eraser

Has anyone used a magic eraser for their steering wheel and shift knob? It works wonders and gets rid of the shine from the oil due to hand sweat. I

Has anyone used a magic eraser for their steering wheel and shift knob? It works wonders and gets rid of the shine from the oil due to hand sweat. I would post pics of a before and after but don't know how

no, and dont recommend the abrasive foam.

instead i use QD (Griot's SpeedShine) on a MF towel and just wipe away. werd but for quick detailing SpeedShine works great for interiors and does not remove water based vinyl protectants like Nero/Aero303 and will not leave behind any residue either.

if you dont have QD, just use a mild soap solution on a warm towel and wipe away your steering wheel and knob.

I believe the magic eraser is like "wet sanding". Wouldn't do it.

Agreed. Its abrasive so using it on stuff like that would be a bad idea.

A shot of Interior Cleaner and a quick wipe with a towel and it'll be clean.
