Dropped in a quaife diff. Didn't order axle stub b/c I don't have the sports package. Ended up finding out the hard way that ALL Canadian 370Z's are equipped with LSD's. And the new axle stub is on back order. Once that's over and done with, I'll get the new tires slapped on and I'll be good to go

Alaric 04-01-2014 10:20 PM

I'm in for the next cruise, hope to have the car back on the road this weekend

A 7 to 8 hour drive to go to the Muskokas and drive around and back home again I won't be down with, life is too busy. A shorter cruise with a destination like Niagara I could even entice my wife to come along as there would be something to do at the end of the cruise.

Whats the timeline? I really hope my rims are in before the get together. Picked the car up from the dealer with snow tires on the rims and I don't want to pay to switch over to the summers seeing as I have ordered new rims.

@IRE Looking at Victoria Day (May 19), You're in Japan??!? You gonna help bring some car stuff home for us?

@JDSTO I totally agree with reasonable timed cruises. In the past I believe we start our cruises around 1pm. But for this one I was thinking of an earlier start time 9am or 10am get there for lunch, and be back and still have the rest of the day.

Ire 04-02-2014 11:34 AM

yeh im going to be hanging out with Wakkato of Liberty Walk actually.
I plan to visit Daikoku park, Superautobacs and Upgarage. Maybe Spoon and RWB if i have time. I'll see if i can ship things back but im not sure how that works.

any requests :P

Hey Boomer,
Count Me in for the 1st Cruise as well, if going to Wasaga !

Luciano13 04-02-2014 08:16 PM

I should be good to go for the first meet/cruise if its around May 19:tup:

Alaric 04-02-2014 09:26 PM

Ah I'm out of country May long weekend - let me know if you guys do a meet before then! I'm anxious to get the car out any day now....

MrSir 04-02-2014 09:40 PM

i know some of you said you are not really into a long drive, either way this is what i was going to propose. The Start point is an outlet mall about 1 hour north of Toronto. From there we go 400 -> 11 to 141/10 where we regroup then drive west through the twisties for about 2 hours if not more and end up next to the 400 for another break. From there its back on the 400 and head on down to the start point. Throughout the route there is plenty of places to stop for food/fuel. All roads are paved. I will more then likely do this route myself at some point if anyone wishes to come let me know. Here is a map link

Get the Nismo CF b-pillars! :p

LMBmikeZ 04-05-2014 04:29 AM

Ire - any luck on finding some JDM goodies for us?

Ire 04-05-2014 02:08 PM

I'm gonna try but no promises. also I dunno how I'm going to bring it home as shipping will be a bitch for large pieces. I'll see what I can do

alcheng 04-13-2014 03:34 PM

hey guys, right now what I have in mind is the 1st cruise will be held on the 19th May.

I will suggest we will do the 1st cruise with one of the routes we've done last year, I am thinking about the Burlington one.

Since it's only about one month away, it's easier to do the route planning.

Overall, Mr.Boomer and I have briefly discussed about cruises for this season. We are thinking about 4 to 5 cruises and the Niagara Falls and Muskoka one are most likely included.

I've been very busy with work recently thus no time to check the route.

but the first cruise is on 19th May, Monday.

Don't worry jdsto.... This is not the first "GTA MEET" for the 370z:tup:

Its a bunch of car guys getting together to see what mods were done from last year.

I could see Financial Dr out the window of the plane when we flew over at about 2:15, it was a little hard to make out the cars.:hello:

I keep seeing 370z everyday. I went for a quick drive yesterday and I saw two... Is 370z becoming popular???

I think so too, I saw many Zs last season, but I also wish those drivers could be more friendly at least give a "wave" to the other Zer(s) :)

ZedsDead 04-27-2014 10:35 PM

Just spotted two Z's driving 401 East tonight, one roadster... This was around Avenue.
