if you want to stand on principle, demand a $400 refund. if they refuse, you can lose $600 and buy a 2010 from another dealer (woodbridge will definitely give you a better deal).

I have the funds to swallow $600 but not the time. I'm currently driving a hand-me-down-family-car-turned-my-car 1999 Buick on it's last legs. Like I mentioned b4, this is my first new car purchase that I am completely buying with my own money and the experience is just very disheartening.

My plan so far relies on the shipping of the car. 90 days. They have 90 days. After that I'm headed to any other dealer in Ontario and picking up the first Black M6 I can get my hands on. I don't care about the packages anymore. If they have Sport, sport it is; base, nav, sport + nav- I dont care.

I really just wanted the Canadian "base" + NAV cause I hate spoilers and I was going to replace the wheels with the NISMO 19" ones anyways. And no offense to ppl that love the synco-rev but I can't remember the last time I even had to think about blimpin the engine while driving a stick. You learn it. You do it.

Write it off as lessons learned? You WILL enjoy this car and you will forget about the dealer experience shortly after. My dealer tried to peg me with the etching. I asked if it was some federal or provincial law requiring me to have it (I knew it wasn't)? He etched the car but didn't charge me. They also wanted to tack on tire warranty insurance. I pointed out that the extended warranty which I purchased covered that. The tire warranty was dropped from the deal. My dealer did throw in Nissan wheel locks at no cost

to my surprise. I also asked and received two Nissan ball caps. As the others pointed out, KNOW the numbers of the deal. Get a complete breakdown and what they are all for. Hindsight now, but for your next purchase.... Overall, I enjoyed dealing with my salesman. He even offered to loan his new Infinti Q35(?) demo if my Z didn't arrive in time for my wedding day!
