oil in tailpipe

Hi, my new 370 has about 600 miles on it now
noticed that tailpipes have a residue on them on inside at tips , looks like oil, black and thick
anyone seen this, is it normal during breakin?

Burning a little oil is normal in the first 600 or 700 miles. Check you're oil level, you're probably down almost a quart by now.

That's right, it's common to see this happen. The seals are in the process of seating during the break in phase and some oil might slip by into the exhaust.
