trunk doesn't open all the time when you push the hatch release button.

I have the ECU 10 kHz noise as well. I'm going to talk to tech about it when I go in for my 1st service.
The hatch is fine unless I have my tonneau cover pulled out and hooked to the lid. Obviously the springs and hydraulic shocks aren't strong enough to pull up the cover as well. |

Conclusion is that if your doors are unlocked the hatch opens with one push. When the doors are locked you can either "double click it" and it will open or first hit the smaller lock/unlock button beside it first, then the hatch and the hatch will open with only one push (because it's obviously unlocked....lol) At least this is what mine has been doing, and I think in the end this is proper function to work like this IMO
