alphawerx 05-29-2010 07:05 PM

a toronto meet is fine with me. the burlington meets are too far for me, especially since i work saturdays and after that i don't have the energy to drive all the way down there.

DjSquall 05-30-2010 12:41 AM

I'll probably drop by, I'm in thornhill. We have a few guys in Richmond hill as well who might be willing to come

alphawerx 05-30-2010 10:12 AM

cool, thats two .... anymore interested?:hello:

Mhaddy 05-31-2010 07:05 AM

I'm in Etobicoke so definitely down for a Toronto meet. Name a date & location.

We usually arrange our meets in Burlington (the latest was this past Saturday where we cruised down to Port Dalhousie, absolutely beautiful ride) because we have a few members in the St. Catharines area and Toronto is too far for them! We are planning an all-day cruise up to cottage country in the not-too-distant future, so look out for that.

Richmond Hill here. Anywhere in the GTA is fine with me also. Was at the Burlington meet with Dj and Mhaddy. Great cruise. If you're looking for a nice long cruise, you're probably looking for something East or West of the GTA. :)

We should definately do a meet in Toronto sometime though. I'm sure we'll get people who normally can't make it to our Burlington meets.

Oh, and welcome! :)

z370z 05-31-2010 11:56 AM

I'm in the hammer, I'd be down to make it up that way also, as long as I can fit it into the schedule!

Welcome, and just wait until you meet everyone when we get together. Great group of people and rides!

alphawerx 05-31-2010 08:02 PM

Wow! Everyone sounds like a great group of guys and thanks for welcoming me .... Too bad I missed out on the past cruise. It seems like their are interested people and I would definitely keep you guys posted on time and place. Can't wait to see a line up of 370z :eekdance:

I agree, I don't mind driving out but come on... you don't want to drive 30 mins to even an hour to go on a 3 hour cruise?

Kinda weird... :rofl2:

DjSquall 06-02-2010 06:05 AM

We always do a cruise ;) more fun that way.

alphawerx 06-02-2010 07:36 PM

Nothing wrong with a meet and a cruise .... it looks like crap weather this weekend so, i don't think I'll arrange anything for this weekend. Sorry guys but, will keep you informed. I hope I didn't cause any trouble for trying to set up a Toronto meet :icon14:

Sibze 06-04-2010 07:44 PM

lol I would rather not drive the car I bought for $50k

so why did you buy it then? i don't understand the logic. this isn't an enzo or mclaren f1. its value is not going to go up nor will it be a collector's item. why waste money on something that will depreciate if you will keep it in a garage and not use it.

Pharmacist is a sledge hammer chasing a fly, subtle humor is likely never going to fly very well with him.

actually i said it's far for me because i have work on saturdays. so i tend to be a bit exhausted and too tired/lazy to drive a long distance. if i didn't work on saturday, i could probably have come to some of the meets.

Sibze 06-07-2010 05:13 PM

ya we haven't set a date yet.

I work at RBC

alphawerx 06-07-2010 10:32 PM

Hey guys, sorry for the delay for the date and place. I'm calling all 370z's in Ontario that are interested in a Toronto meet. It will be held at 371 John St. Thornhill on July 4 2010 starting at 12noon till whenever. Their will be burgers and refreshments for you guys. Their will also be a photographer that day so, make sure your beast is nice and shiny:tup: I hope thats enough time for all of you to free up your schedule and make the meet on that day. Let me know if you are coming so I can arrange enough food and refreshments. Hope to see you all there

If anything you can PM me

cheers :tiphat:

Sibze 06-07-2010 10:34 PM

Is that a house or what is that?

nooblet 06-07-2010 11:14 PM

Sibze - no it's not a house. there are alot of auto shops and stuff around there. probably parking lot of a shop.

nooblet 06-07-2010 11:16 PM

nice. july 4th will give me some time to redo my black out fangs. and the back too.

z370z 06-08-2010 07:57 AM

That's the long weekend..... tough weekend to get everyone free. I tentatively am set for a weekend trip to Ottawa that weekend. If anything changes I'd be down.
