Free dyno offer

Ztune Motorsports is offering a free dyno if your 370Z is completely stock.
They would like to get a base line reading for comparison.
This is on a first come basis, so whoever can get in first.

They've done a lot of work for me, including an UpRev tune, and I can recommend them. Great bunch of guys that really know their stuff.

To bad i wasnt still stock..lol. I already got a dyno with my intakes. Although i wouldnt mind seeing what the baseline would be.

Ztoon 03-08-2010 07:17 PM

Ya, stock....such a long time ago....you, me, and just about 95% everybody else within about a month from purchase.

Snakes709 03-08-2010 07:38 PM

3rd day i owned my Z i had the windows tinted, 6th day i owned it i bought the intakes.

Yah man, but you're in a class all by yourself. Ripping out your passenger seat on track day, and no fear with Nitrous.
I bet you've modded your tank, too! LOL
My hats off to you Snakes.

Yea i wont be ripping out the seat again, i have to go to the dealership to get them to reset the sensor everytime i do that. I have a small fear of nitrous but oh well, still wanna try it...lol. And the modding of my tank starts tomorrow when i start my 105mm Gunners Course...lol.

I know they're open Saturdays, however the dyno shop's down the street at a separate location.
Just give Mike or Nick a call @ ZTune and I'm sure they can set you up.

I talked to Mike about getting a tune back in May/June but its really expensive for the limited gains we're getting right now. I'm hoping once they've figured out the VVEL stuff it will be worth doing. I only lasted five days before I had my CAI, HFC and CBE on order....

I was pleased with the UpRev dyno tune results. See 'Mods album'.
This is still relatively new, and I have to return as some of the Osirus maps weren't in, such as Cam phasing and throttle response.

FricFrac 03-11-2010 08:07 AM

What gains did you get from your tune and what mods do you have?

Ztoon 03-11-2010 12:36 PM

Running Chevron 94, 11 rwhp. cbe, hfc, ud, g3. This on a 7at. Will post details when all UpRev maps are in.

What was your total cost including tuning/dyno time/software, etc.?
