Ontario- GTA meets/cruises
 

Hey everyone, after hearing much talk about some higher temperatures and bright sun in the forecast for this coming weekend, I wanted to see who all would be down for the first Z meeting in southern Ontario? (I'm itching to take her out of storage for a ride!)

Post if you would like to join and throughout the week we can arrange a meeting spot and time!

Hope to see everyone out, and finally get to meet some people!

Certainly interested but cannot commit to a time yet for this Saturday (have a few things in the pipeline). Depending on who's coming, there's a nice brunch spot at Brant & Lakeshore in Burlington called Benny's or we can always find a Cora's somewhere?

I would come when I finish all the mods I have coming for my G... it will be the only TS G37 in Canada!

It would have to be spring/summer time though.

Burlington sounds good Mhaddy, propbably a good central location for everyone. Time and place doesn't matter to me, what works best for everyone? morning, or afternoon? etc

I'm definitely in, but it seems quite a few of you are out in the hamilton area, not sure if I want to travel that far. I'm in the markham area.

With the Z, jump on the 407 you'll be in Burlington in 20 minutes! lol plus sun all day = a nice cruise

I WANT TO COME!!! but I don’t have my car :( Its still in storage until the end of this month plus I work this Sat until 3:00 in Cambridge... I would still come out though

Ya thats the part that scares me about taking mine out early.... i'll just stick to staying far away from cars ahead of me!

Well come out anyways and meet everyone form the area! Keep an eye on the thread and eventually a place / date / time will be set.

your car is almost the same as mine! i too live in the markham area, but i dont remember ever seeing you. where in markham do u live?

How about the Cora's in Milton (details) - that's just off the 401 so it'll be an easy commute for those coming from Markham, etc. area (about 45 mins I think).

How does 10 am on this Saturday, Mar 6 work for everyone?

PS: I've had my Z out several times now - yes, she has a little salt dust on her but it is so worth it.

Sorry @z370z - I've not heard from anyone else and it doesn't seem worth holding our inaugural meeting with just the two of us! Let's postpone. How's the 20th work for everyone?

No worries, it is early on in the season! I'm good for the 20th, who else can make that date? (weather permitting)

Damn, I just got to Florida yesterday for a week, so sadly I won't be in town.
I'm in for any local meets in the future.

Might be in, still kinda early to tell.....

Got the 370 back last week, with all the N/A mod's, will try to make it,

In July, there's going to be a big G meet in the Toronto area... There's like 30 people on the list and that's the one I'll go to... whether my car is finished or not.
When they settle on a date/time, I'll post the info here.

Forecasting rain for Saturday :(

Anyone else in for a Saturday Mar 20th brunch at Cora's? It's the first day of spring and doesn't look like it's going to rain! Let's try for the Cora's in Burlington off Appleby Line (not Milton). If there is anyone joining us from the East End, I'm open to moving it closer, just let us know.

sorry guys... Getting my car March 29th

z370z & I met on Saturday and thus begins the Southern Ontario Z meet! I'll post some pictures later tonight. Looking forward to the next meet!

z370z. Did your car come with a front plate???

It did, however I bought a motorized plate hide for it. It flips under the front lip. The same one in the DIY section, i'll show you it in person when you're out to the next meet we have once your car is out and ready!:happydance:

ya that was me down lakeshore. My weekends are pretty flexible, so I'm good for anytime, morning or night.

WAIT TILL I GET MY CAR....... I hate you people haha.
