I would recommend still doing the ceramic coating on the entire car which shouldn't cost you much especially if you do it yourself. The thing with ceramic coatings are the costly side is paint correction BEFORE applying the ceramic coating but since your car will be brand new, you may not need to do that... but even that you could do yourself if you wanted to lol assuming the paint is good when you get the car.. all you'd need is to buy the ceramic coating itself and apply it yourself.
