Does anyone in toronto or GTA have halo headlights and blacked out ? Ive only seen 1 black Z with blacked out base and halos a week ago at Fox

HALO HEADLIGHTS ANYONE in the GTA?
Does anyone in toronto or GTA have halo headlights and blacked out ? Ive only seen 1 black Z with blacked out base and halos a week ago at Fox n the fiddle parking lot but didn't get the chance to ask the owner. I've been wanting to get these since I was born lol
