got pictures of the door sils?

jdsto 08-31-2016 01:51 PM

In the package still. I can grab a pic if you want or just check Google images. Brushed metal with an illuminated Z

can you do $500 for intakes.
cash in hand

jdsto 09-01-2016 07:59 PM

I'll see if I get a better offer. New you would have to pay about $870 in Canada including taxes. I think the asking of $650 is fair.

Maybe he was offering $500 merican?

jdsto 09-06-2016 07:56 PM

Looks like I may be going the trade in route. Need to put the car back close to stock, dealer has no interest in the mods, actually prefers the car to be stock. Make me a reasonable offer. There must be someone with an enthusiast model that wants to upgrade from the stock 18s.

Looking to get rid of the deck and bezel?

I didn't list it as I wasn't sure it would be worth it to anyone. I would need a Bose head unit in exchange. You would need to pay for the removal and install of the Bose plus some cash my way. I don't have my stock Bose head unit as I gave it away in the freebies thread.

Just removed the RJM clutch pedal. It's for sale now as well $275. Best mod you can do to these cars

Damn, i just noticed that you were selling your GTR start button. It looks sweet in a Z.

jdsto 09-10-2016 12:39 PM

Probably the cheapest mod you can do on the car. And it does look sweet.

Here is a better shot of the pedal covers now that they are off the car. They did help me with my heel toeing but admittedly I'm not the best at it.http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...dc413d9d71.jpg

just FYI, the link you posted show the cover at 130$ brand new!!

jdsto 11-29-2016 03:48 PM

When I follow the link it is now showing as discontinued. The original full price was something like $200 plus tax. The point is moot now anyways as you can see in the first post the cover is sold.

SkinnyK 11-29-2016 08:05 PM

Pm me about the Intake. I may snag it if we Figure something out!

jdsto 11-29-2016 08:55 PM

Nixin 03-20-2017 02:30 PM

Hey jdsto.
Does the shift knob come with the shift pattern engraved and the collar? What is your best price in CDN $? PM me with your answer. Cheers

Price for the pedal covers shipped to 78731?

Do they come with mounting hardware? I assume you have to drill the pedals for attachment like most metal pedal covers.

jdsto 03-21-2017 12:04 PM

That's right you need to drill the pedals and they are bolted on. I have the hardware that came with the pedals.

I don't have the deadman pedal as I didn't like how it was just connected with wood screws to plastic.

here is the DIY

Nixin 03-21-2017 12:18 PM

...and the shift knob is already spoken for!

jdsto 03-21-2017 12:47 PM

PM sent to JARblue

Nixin 03-29-2017 06:18 AM

Thanks for the awesome WC Lathe Werks SS shift knob Jeff. That is one beautiful piece of 'art' work. Now, once the Z is out of winter hibernation comes the fun part. Trying to remove that stubborn OEM shift knob without destroying it or the rest of the Z's interior. Joy!

jdsto 03-29-2017 06:30 AM

Enjoy. Not only does it look great It really does improve the shift feel

Lot's of threads on removing the OEM knob on here. Yes it is a total pain. In the end it might be easiest to have someone hold the old knob and rotate the car around it.

How many tuners does it take to change a shift knob? :rofl2:

Well either you drive an automatic or you've never had the privilege of upgrading/changing your shift knob? At his point, I will be happy to have one 'tuner' that can get this OEM POS off without destroying it or the remainder of the Z.:roflpuke2:

Akinari 03-29-2017 08:05 PM

towel and strap wrench, also remember to remove that stupid washer ring thing or you'll get an annoying rattle.

Nixin 03-29-2017 09:01 PM

Thanks for the heads up Akinari. Worse case scenario, I will give a shout out for assistance to some of my broZ on this forum.
