It's the whole upper thing under the cam plate. They have a video of the install on their site. The spring sits under it.

Now that I think about it, I remember Chris at Fortune Auto said the bearing is not necessary for our application. I don't have the email anymore as to why, but I had asked him that. Also this is what he said about the Swift spring upgrade

You can safely go +/- 3k before needing to revalve the shocks. I cannot give you a difference in track times between the 500 and 510 series coilovers. There are too many things to factor in. Swift springs have a few advantages over our standard Fortune Auto springs. They are lighter in weight, they are made of Swift's own silicone chrome material which is corrosion resistant, they are faster reacting, they offer a much smoother ride without sacrificing performance, lastly they don't sag over time. I strongly recommend these based on ride quality alone.

Well guys be careful, one of the adjuster on my rear shock was completely frozen when I put it on my hand for the pre install check. I finally got it to unfreeze by using the extended adjuster, except now the knob just spins with no limit. I have contacted Fortune Auto to have it send back. ARGGGG I better get it before middle of December, else I am not going to be able to compare them to the stock suspension at the track. This sucks.

Hopefully it's an isolated incident and they get you fixed up in a timely manner.
